Hmmmm. Let's see we are talking about animals that humans have released - how about we get rid of the most invasive and destructive animal of all ... us HUMANS! We have caused more damage to the environment than all others combined.

Rather than going after Sony, why not go after the hackers, themselves. They are the ones causing the problem, Sony is just as much a victim, as we are.

If they can "erase" your mortgage, they could also "increase" your payments or increase the value of the mortgage. I don't think that you would want an "ANONYMOUS" group of people rumaging around computer systems - who knows what damage might happen.

Easy way to solve this problem - separate infrastructure providers and content providers. Of course Verizon and ALL others are going to shape the network traffic to favour their content over that of a competetor.

The biggest thing people are missing is that the snake is an ambush predator. Once discovered it's chances of a meal rapidly dimminish. The Hummer was probably defending it's territory and won the staredown.
